I bought the first pair a year ago and the sound stopped in one of the earphones. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, bought a second pair and yesterday the exact same thing happened. I bought them in online in The Netherlands and am travelling throughout Canada at the moment but are giving me a hard time not having the receipt with me. Perhaps spending some more on the R&D and customer service instead of packaging & marketing!! Anyway, never buy a pair of these headphones, big waste of money.
